pro-active Personal Training is run and owned by Simon Dodd. Simon worked as a freelance personal trainer in London for a number of years as well as managing a successful gym. With a first-class degree in Exercise Science and an Advanced Premier Diploma in Personal Training, he is comprehensively insured and first-aid qualified. Prior to life in the fitness industry Simon became a fully qualified chef and has worked in several five-star establishments in the UK and abroad. This unique skill-set allows Simon to provide a holistic view of fitness, nutrition and general wellbeing.
